These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of services made available on or through https://rapidit.in/ and the Rapidit mobile applications (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Platform is owned and operated by Skilledhands Technologies Private Limited ("Rapidit", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

What Rapidit does

Rapidit provides a technology platform that connects Users with independent third-party service providers (“Experts”) offering on-demand House Help services, including household assistance such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry support, and similar domestic tasks (“House Help Services”). Rapidit facilitates the connection and payment process only. Experts are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the House Help services they provide.

Eligibility

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

Key points

  • Independent Experts. Experts are independent third parties, not employees or representatives of Rapidit. Rapidit does not supervise or control the manner in which Experts provide services.
  • Booking details. You are responsible for providing accurate details while booking and for ensuring a safe environment for Experts to perform the service.
  • Charges and taxes. Charges shown at the time of booking may include Expert charges, platform fees, convenience fees, and applicable taxes. Final payable amounts will be shown during checkout.
  • Payments. Payments are processed via third‑party payment gateways. Rapidit is not responsible for payment gateway errors, delays or failures.
  • Cancellations & refunds. Cancellations and refunds are governed by Rapidit’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Account suspension. Rapidit may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or abusive behaviour.
  • No warranty. The Services are provided "as is." Rapidit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation or the quality of services provided by Experts.
  • Governing law & jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Rapidit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or the acts or omissions of Experts.

Intellectual property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rapidit or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks, logos or content without our prior written permission.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date.
